And we do some things that are pretty unique: (1) we will create a comparison spreadsheet in Google Drive and give you the link to access and edit that document thus allowing you to track all of your options at any given moment; (2) we establish a formal weekly meeting prior to which we run searches and create reports of the resulting properties that we email to you and discuss those results during that weekly call and (3) we are experts at chasing off-market property: many real estate property types or residential, zip codes, are so desirable that they don’t even make it to the market. We have developed the relations with a robust database of real estate agents to network with and a process and the skills to also chase off-market property on our own.
